Project overview

The system was designed so five separate websites could preserve their public independence while day-to-day operations are managed centrally. Content, roles, automation, analytics, and publishing workflows are unified at the administrative layer while each website retains its own settings, identity, and boundaries.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Challenge

The goal was to manage five different public websites without splitting everyday editorial and technical work across five separate administration systems. At the same time, every website needed to preserve its own brand, editorial direction, and public independence.

Our solution

We built a centralized multi-site environment where administrators can manage content across projects, choose the target publication site, monitor automated processes, and view aggregated or per-site analytics. Publicly, the websites remain independent; operationally, they share one underlying infrastructure.

Key work

  • Centralized management of five independent websites from one admin environment
  • Per-site content separation and publication control
  • SONYA Engine for scheduled and automated actions
  • Auto News and automated content import/processing workflows
  • Unified analytics with both aggregate and per-site metrics
  • API, cron, and background-process integration
  • Separate social publishing logic for each website

What we disclose publicly

The system serves five websites, but only Axioma and Nexora are identified by name in this case study. The remaining three projects and their connection to the system are intentionally not disclosed.

01 · Axioma

Publicly presented project

Axioma can be shown as an independent website connected to the shared platform without exposing the identities or relationships of the undisclosed projects.

02 · Nexora

Publicly presented project

Nexora is the second public example of how the same central infrastructure can support distinct outward-facing projects.

05 · System layer

Five websites on one technical foundation

The core value is not placing five websites side by side; it is operating them through one management, analytics, and automation layer.

MULTI-SITE ARCHITECTURE

Multiple websites do not have to mean multiple disconnected systems

We can design a centralized management environment for independent public projects while preserving each brand and operational boundary.
